Buying Medi-First on Amazon
This site is the product guide; Amazon is the checkout. Here is how the hand-off works, what to look for on the listing, and how Prime, subscriptions, and returns apply.
Coming soon to Amazon. Medi-First listings are launching on Amazon shortly. Until they go live, the yellow buttons read “Coming soon to Amazon” and open each product’s Amazon page so you can save it.
Pick the product
Start from Shop by Need on the home page, the all-products grid, or search the site from the top of any page. Each product page shows the active ingredient, what the label covers, and the national brand it compares to.
Choose a pack
Several products are sold on Amazon as 4-packs and 6-packs. Where there is a choice, the pack buttons in the buy box switch the Buy on Amazon button to that listing.
Click Buy on Amazon
The listing opens in a new tab on Amazon.com. Check that it says Sold by MediFirst Topical Solutions, then add to cart and check out with your Amazon account. Price, delivery date, Prime options, and reviews are all on Amazon.
How to buy on Amazon
Medi-First retail topicals are sold on Amazon.com. This site doesn't run a cart — every product page and card has a yellow Buy on Amazon button that opens the exact Amazon listing in a new tab. Where a product comes in more than one pack (several are sold as 4-packs and 6-packs), pick the pack first, then click Buy. On Amazon you'll see the price, delivery date, reviews, and checkout as usual. Look for Sold by MediFirst Topical Solutions on the listing to be sure you're buying the genuine item.
Prime, shipping and delivery
Where a listing is Prime eligible, Prime members get Amazon's fast, free delivery options and the delivery date is shown right on the listing before you buy. Without Prime, Amazon typically offers free standard shipping on qualifying orders over its minimum (currently $35 on most items) and paid faster options — the exact choices appear at checkout. Tracking, delivery notifications, and any delivery problems are handled in Your Orders on Amazon.
Subscribe & Save and larger orders
If a listing offers Subscribe & Save, you can choose a delivery schedule (for example every 1 to 6 months) and Amazon applies its subscription discount; you can skip, change, or cancel any time in Your Subscriptions. It's a good fit for items you restock predictably, like first aid ointment or zinc oxide. Prices
Prices are set and shown on Amazon, not on this site, so they always reflect the current listing, any coupons, and Subscribe & Save discounts. Medi-First products use the same active ingredients as the national brands — Neosporin®, Cortizone•10®, Tinactin®, Lotrimin® AF, Micatin®, and Extra Strength Benadryl® Cream — which is the point of the compare-to line on each product: same active, smarter price. Making sure it's genuine
On the Amazon listing, check the Sold by line — genuine Medi-First retail products are sold by MediFirst Topical Solutions, Medique's own retail storefront. The Medi-First brand store on Amazon collects all the listings in one place. Every Medi-First carton carries the Medi-First® mark, a lot number, an expiration date, and an NDC number (listed on each product page here).
Returns and problems with an order
Orders are placed with and fulfilled through Amazon, so Amazon's return policy applies and returns are started from Your Orders. Amazon generally accepts returns of unopened items within 30 days, and for safety reasons opened health and personal care products are often not returnable — but items that arrive damaged, leaking, expired, or wrong are handled by Amazon Customer Service regardless. Reviews and ratings
Customer reviews and star ratings live on each Amazon listing, where they're written by verified purchasers. This site doesn't repost reviews or make up testimonials — open the listing from any Buy on Amazon button to read them.
Shipping outside the US
Medi-First retail products are listed on Amazon.com in the United States. Amazon.com ships some items to other countries through its international shipping program, and eligibility is shown at checkout based on your address — it varies by item. For retail distribution outside the US, contact Medique directly.
Buying in a store
Right now the retail Medi-First line is sold online through Amazon. Retailers interested in carrying the line can download the product line brochure and contact Medique's sales team. Workplace buyers have always been able to order Medi-First through Medique and its distributors.
